This Is My Blog - And The Beginning Of Time


Hello, So my goal for this blog is to bring you weekly updates regarding health and fitness. To be specific Do You Health, will be a creative outlook on tips and ideas to help you become a little bit healthier and happier with yourself. I will post twice a week and each post will include:


  • A tip from my cat mentor who will be introduced at a later time


  • A daily goal


  • A link to a video or picture that I found of a workout video or a monthly workout regimen.


I want to see this blog become a helpful go-to place for anyone that is looking for some direction or motivation. This is a journey and each day is a new day. Every single day is an opportunity to better yourself and a lot of the time it is easier to have some sort of support system.
