Day 14 - GET UP AND GET FIT

HELLO THURSDAY LOVERS


      Alright kids, so today we are going to talk about simple ways that you can make yourself healthier. You can cut down on T.V. and video games. Also, you can simply just get out and play. Walk to class instead of taking the bus, eat a salad with at least one meal a day, walk around while you are doing daily tasks instead of just sitting still. Any and all of these things will help to increase your heart rate and help you to maintain and increase your health.

HAPPY RAINY TUESDAY 

     Hello fam, so how are you? I just want to say that I am proud of you and all of the effort that you are putting into making yourself a better person. I know that life can be hard sometimes so I just want to take this post and encourage you to keep pushing. One day, near or far you will appreciate everything that you did now to be happier. Every day is a new day to take your life and make it what you want. We all have bad days and hiccups but ultimately things will work out, I promise.
