Day 4 - LEMON LEMON LEMON

HELLO MY LOVELY BLOGGERS!


       Hi guys! It is time for another blog post. So today we are going to talk about lemon water. YES. You may have heard it through the grape vine, but it is not a rumor. If you add lemon to your water, especially in the morning, it is so good for you (it boosts your immune system and many other things). You can drink it cold or warm, it just depends on what you like. I am not a fan of warm beverages so I prefer it cold but everyone is different.

- Goal: Try some lemon water! You can use a little or a lot, drink it hot or cold, or even use artificial lemon juice!

  1. This is so interesting! I love lemon water so it's really satisfying to know that it's also a benefit for my health. Who knew that so much good could come from something as simple as a lemon?
