Day 14 - GET UP AND GET FIT

HELLO THURSDAY LOVERS


      Alright kids, so today we are going to talk about simple ways that you can make yourself healthier. You can cut down on T.V. and video games. Also, you can simply just get out and play. Walk to class instead of taking the bus, eat a salad with at least one meal a day, walk around while you are doing daily tasks instead of just sitting still. Any and all of these things will help to increase your heart rate and help you to maintain and increase your health.

Goal - Just try to be more active in general for a few days.

  1. I always find it a good idea to promote people to be more active. Small changes make a huge difference, and with that cat staring everyone in the eyes how could anyone not feel bad about being a lazy turd.
