HELLO PEOPLE OF EARTH!
Today is the first day of the journey to bettering yourself. Don't be scared!
*DISCLAIMER*
So, I want to start out by kind of explaining how things are going to appear on this blog. First off, any of the images or videos that I use are not my own and I will provide a link to the original post. Second, a lot of the tips and tricks that I post won't work for everyone. This is a trial and error process.
Okay so for the duration of this post we are going to focus on hydration. Water is so important when it comes to your health. A lot of the time, when you think you are hungry, you are actually thirty. This makes sense if you think about it. Your body is made of a huge percentage of water. The best way to become healthier is to give your body what it wants.

- Goal: The goal for today is to follow the instructions provided in the post to the left. If you start drinking a lot of water, you are definitely going to be able to tell. You will pee a lot, but eventually your body will adjust to the new intake of fluids.
