Day 2 - Sleep Is For The Weak (and you)

Check Up: Did you drink your water? I know that it has only been a day but you should already be able to tell if your body is getting more hydration! The body is constantly losing hydration with almost everything you do so it is very important to give your body what it needs.

Today we are going to talk about getting enough sleep! Just like hydration, sleep has an enormous impact on how your body functions. If you don't get enough sleep you can feel groggy, exhausted, and even depressed. Ensuring that you give your body the rest it needs is one way to help your brain, eyes, skin, immune system, and even appetite.

- Goal: This weekend, pick a night and go to bed a few hours earlier than you normally would. When you wake up the next day you will feel more well-rested and ready to conquer the day.
